Work with dogs. Learn properly. Make a difference.
We are building a team of kind, capable people who want more than a job playing with dogs—they want to understand them, care for them well and keep developing their skills.
For people who care about doing dog care properly.
The Dogchester is a welfare-led luxury dog hotel, Doggie Daycare and training centre in South Lanarkshire.
Our work is thoughtful, practical and hands-on. We take canine behaviour, enrichment, safety and clear communication seriously—and we want people who share that standard.
You do not need to know everything on day one.
But you do need to be curious, dependable, kind to dogs and willing to learn. Good dog care is a skill, and we are committed to helping the right people build it.
Where could you fit in?
Whether you are at the start of your dog-care journey or already have professional experience, we would love to hear from people who share our welfare-led approach.
